Tako the steak', season it with coralline, pepper, and salt, and salad oil, then grill or broil from fifteen to twenty minutes; dish, up on a hot dish, and serve with sauce made as follows: Drain tlio oysters from their liquor, beard tlism, and simmer the beards , in the oyster liquor and milk, of. which after simmering there must be half a pint. "Work the butter • and flour together,, add tho : strained milk, and oyster liquor, and stir over the fire in a.saucepan until thick. Boil for two or three minutes.
