It was agreed that members should bo notified that all those in arrears would bo sued to reoovor tho amount Through an error ill the schedule tho prize of £4 45., donated by tho Hawke's Bay IJairy Company, for tho best pen of three 2-year-old heifers, was omitted, but the company had generously allowed the amount to go towards tho prizo fund. Mr. W. H. Nelson, who was a successful exhibitor at tho show, refunded tho whole of his prize monoy.
