A mooting of the A. and P. Show Committoo was lield 011 Monday night, when it was reported that the finances were £25 bettor than last year, and, if the subscriptions of thoso members who aro in arrears could be collected, it would put the association 011 a good footing. It was agreed that members should bo notified that all those in arrears would bo sued to reoovor tho amount Through an error ill the schedule tho prize of £4 45., donated by tho Hawke's Bay IJairy Company, for tho best pen of three 2-year-old heifers, was omitted, but the company had generously allowed the amount to go towards tho prizo fund. Mr. W. H. Nelson, who was a successful exhibitor at tho show, refunded tho whole of his prize monoy.
