A party of young people slipped away for a motor ride with Mr. Edward Coit Gilman, nopliew of Mr. Daniel Coit Gilman, late president of tlio John Hopkins University. On their return one of tlio wheels canio off, and tho car collided with a tree. Mr. Oilman was thrown out and instantly killed. Miss Janet M'Kim, daughter of 3lr. Claronco L.
