A virulent attack on Great Britain was published recently by ,tho Vienna "Neuo Freie Presse," a semi-official organ, and one of the most important Austrian l newspapers. Britain's "interference" in the Balkans, where, ib is said, sho has no interest, is made tho subject of a bitter complaint, and she is accused of poisoning the ear of tho Servian Ministry and thus causing' Senna to adopt a. hostile attitude to Austria.
