Brittain, a well-known journalist, writing to "The Times," states that more editors than proprietors ari coming to the Press Conference as delegates. ,The committeo, ho adds, did not desire to exclude those who had to do with newspaper finance jnd organisation. If the matter of t>ho cable rates was to bo- discussed, representation of the business side of journalism as desirable. Tho invitation method had worked most satisfactorily in Canada. (Rec.
