Mr. Kourick, S.M., and Captains Sundstrum and Forbes, nautical- assessors, aru sitting as a Nautical Court to investigate tho oircumstances attending the collision between the oil launch Mahonb and the steamer Mata. riki in Otngo Harbour on January* 28.
