Renter's correspondent at Belgrade roporte that the entourage of King Peter of Servia are most emphatic in the opinion that a peaceful solution of the trouble between Austria and Servia will be found. St. Petersburg, February 25. It is expected that M. Zinoyiolf, Russian Ambassador, will bo withdrawn from Constantinople for the tardy presentation by him of the Russian explanations regarding I the honouring as. a Sovereign of Ferdinand of Bulgaria, explanations which Turkey at once accepted, thus removing an' international difficulty. SERVTA'S POLITICAL PROGRAMME. (Rec. February 26, 10.25 p.m.) Belgrade, l>ebruary 26. ftf. Novakovitch, ,Bpeaking in tho Skuptschina, declared that tho Servian Parliament had formulated a political programme, and the aspirations therein embodied and the rights underlying it had been submitted to Europe, which alone must shortly consider its legitimacy both as regards Servia and Montenegro.
