CREDIT NEARLY AT THE TOP OP THE TREE. - (Br TiißOttAra—muss association—coprnronr.) Sydney, February' 22. • ,Tho State Treasurer (tho Hon T. WaddelS) claims that tho terms of the new loan of £1,580,000 at 3J per cent., are satisfactory. Tho State will have to pay about £3 14s. 3d, interest. Ho says tho credit of Now South Wales, is nearly at tho top of tho treo, only Great Britain and France being able to borrow to better advantage. ,
