ALLEGED FRAUDS. (bt TELEonipn—raEsa assocutiok—coptEiant.) London, February 16. According to Mr. ( Timothy Davies; Liberal M.P. for Fulham, between fifty and seventy thousand old age pensioners in Ireland are not qualified under tho Act. .He declares that the authorities at Somerset House should ipunish those permitting frauds.
