"■ ' TOMATO EGGS. - Three or four tomatoes, two or three , eggs, one tablcspoonful of milk, loz. butter, pepper and salt, chopped' parsley. Cut the tomatoes across, remove some .of jfche pulp, put them into a buttered dish in tho oven. Cover them with a buttered paper-and cook until tender. Beat the . eggs :a little, Smix' them with some of the pulp from .the tomatoes after removing the seeds, and add the milk,'pepper, and salt to them. : Melt loz. of abutter in a saucepan, put in .the egg mixture, and' stir it over the fire until it is quite thick; fill, the tomatoes with this, sprinkle a little • chopped parsley over them, serve on small rounds, of buttered toast very hot. - , ; FOR -' ' . ; . .
