FRANCO-GERMAN ENTENTE. "A WISE, MODERATE POLICY." BRITAIN'S STEADY SUPPORT. (BT TELEGRAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION— COPTRIOET.) Paris, February 10. Germany, a month ago, initiated an en,tente with France regarding Morocco. A communique published in Paris, in recording that fact, acknowledges tlie value of Great Britain's steady support of, France's policy, which helped the present agreement to be reached. London, February 10. .In London there.is a consensus of oDinion. which is expressed in the London newspapers, that Germany's adoption of a wise, moderate policy in regard to Morocco contributes hot a little to effaco the suspicion which has grown up between Great Britain and - Germany, and is really calculated to draw them together. ' Sir, Edward Grey, British Secretary for Foreign Affairs, informed M. Pichon, French .Foreign Minister; that Britain Welcomes the agreement.
