Wesney (Invorcargiin; district 'deputy ruler, Bro. R. H. Taylor (Christchurch); district treasurer, Bro, T. W. Leslie AVellington): district secretary, Bro. F. H. Fraser (Wellington); district superintendent of juvenile branches, Bro. R. M'Crcath (Inverrargill); auditor, Bro. A. J. Lancaster (Wellington). Bro.' F. H, Frasor, who>hnd been secretary for 38 years, resigned, and Bro. Fakers (Wellington) was appointed. Tho next conference is to bo hold at Napier.
