The report declarod that the activity of the , branches was never moro manifest or the tone and spirit more satisfactory. Owing to inquiries and representations mado by tho organisation, 2000 tenants had beon restored by Lord Londonderry at Belfast. The next general election would be one of the most critical sinco the Unionist party had been formed, because the Liberals, if returned, will say they have a mandate for Homo Rule.
