"Tho Times's" Cape Town correspondent reports that opinion everywhere is tending to accept tho capital compromiso. It is considered that, owing to the immense distances, it will be a good thing if Ministers and officials ore obliged to travel about and see the varying aspects of the probloms to be dealt with. Hence tho dual capital ie welcomed.
