Two lb.- of tnpo, 2-onions, and a bunch of herbs, lib. of tomatoes,- 2oz. of fat or butter, loz. of flour. , ~ Cut up the tripo and blanch it; cut up tho onions and fry them with the herbs in 2oz. of fat or butter, and stir in "the ounce of flour. Eub tho pound of tomatoes through a eiove, put this into the stewpan with the fried onions, add the tripo and α-little salt, then lot it all simmer gently for an hour, and serve. FOE TO-MOEEOW. Seven or 81b. of corned round of beef, carrots, turnips, Jib. suet, lib. strawberries, ingredients for jelly, i pint of cream.
