Constance Jones) was founded at Hit chin in 1869, removed to Cambridge in 1873j and incorporated in '1872. .It now numbers, about 150 students, with eight residont. women lectures, a vice, mistress, a bursar and registrar, a junior bursar, and a librarian. Entrance examinations are held at the college in the months of March and Juno, and ■' scholarship examinations in March'.: The income from the Pfoiffer Bequest of JSSOOO, etc., is devoted to scholarships.
