Fry theso in some scraped bacon fat, flavour with pepper and salt, and add sufficient breadcrumbs to fill the sis cups hollowed out. Cook these filled ,cups veiy slowly in a stewpan with a little melted fat, covering over'carefully to keep in the flavour. Serve with brown gravy poured round, not over the mushrooms.
