Whipped Cream. _ \ , ' SWEET OHEiET. 1 Three eggs, Uoz. butter, 2 tablespoonfuls of. milk, 1 teaspoonful of sugar, a spoonful of t strawberry jam. Beat the eggs and sugar until . thick, add the milk, and half the butter cold, melt the rest in the panj when it bubbles pour in tho mixture, and stir until it sets. Let it brown very slightly. Tilt the pan, let the omelet slide oh lo a hot dish, spread the jam, which" should be wanned, over ono half of it. Fold the other half-over, and serve very hot. ' ' ' - I ■ FOB TO-MOBEOW.
