The bi-monthly meeting of tho Wellington <School Commissioners was held yesterday, there being-present .—Mr. J. E. Blair (chairman),, Hon. A.'W. Hogg, and Ifr. James Mackenzie, Commissioner of Crown Lands. The Hon. A. W. Hogg received the congratulations of his fellow-commissioners on his recent elevation to Cabinet rank. - >
