' {Speoially written for The Douimon.] ' ' MONDAY. Boiled Leg of Mutton. Caper Sauce. Potatoes. Gairote. Turnips. Carrot Plum Pudding. CAEKOT PLTJM PUDDING. Half lb. of flour, Jib. of breadcrumbs, lib'. of sugar, jib. of raisins, }lb. of currants, J teaepoonful of salt,' J tcaspoonful of mi\ed spico, Jib. of grated carrots, }lb. 6uet, ilb. candied peel, a little milk. Mix all the ingredients well together and boil in a well-Ereased basin for three hours. FOE TO-MOBROW. Cold mutton, lib. of tomatoes, 1 pint of stock, Jib. of pastry, cauliflower, ljlb. apples, stale bread.
