The second innings of the Victorians closed for 487, making their aggregate 955, or 140 runs more than tho first innings scoro (815) of New South Wales. Tho principal scorers in the Victorians' second innings wore Armstrong 171, Ransford 110, Hazlitt 65. Barnes (who in the first innings took six Victorian wickets for 39 runs) took five wickets for 147. New South Wales, in their second innings, lost four wickets for 141 runs, thus winning by sis wickets. Noble (not out) scored 70. AUSTRALIAN TEAM FOR HOME.' (Rec.
