Nothing was known against accused previously. ,-On the charge of using obscene language, accused was convicted and fined £5 and costs 20s\) in default one month's imprisonment, and on the charge of assault he was convicted and fined 205., in default 14 days' imprisonment. INSOBRIETY. ' Arnold Buckmann, charged with insobriety, was-convicted and fined 205., in default 48 hours imprisonment. One first offender was fined 10s., and another was fined ss.
