Tom Mann, who was among those committed for trial on the rioting charges at Broken Hill, has declined to accept bail ,on condition that ho will not participate in affaire at Broken Hill. TOM MANN MAKES THE BEST OF IT. TRANSFERS HIS ACTIVITIES TO PORT PIRIE. (Rec. January 28, 11.43 p.m.) • Sydney, January 28. Tom Mann was granted bail on condition that he leaves the State. He has accepted tfiia oondition, and will go to Port Pirio (the Proprietary Company's imelting works in the adjacent Stat© of South Australia, which arc also olosely picketed, the men being out in sympathy with those at Broken Hill).
