Tho Porto is absolutely unruffled with regard to Bulgaria's military preparations. Tho Porto denies that Turkey idaims or wishes to occupy any territory as alleged. Turkey is willing to accept five millions sterling as compensation for all material losses, including the Oriental Railway, seized by Bulgaria. 'Turkey, it is added, is prepared to accept payment of tho fivo millions on tho following terms.—Four millions immediately (if Bulgaria is unable to raise the total) and a million at a future dato.
