PALMERSTON. On Wednesday afternoon Detectivo Quirko arrested a young man named Herbert Bergstrom on a charge of-".'sheep i' stoaling. He was formally charged before Mr; -R. Gardner, J.P., that on or about January 6, 1909, he did steal 209 sheep, vajiip'.d. at,£102 125,;10d., the property of somo,person or,persons unknown.'
