The programmo of tho Government includes electoral and land reform, including . purchase of largo estates for'settlement purposes; workers' compensation, a State Insurance establishment, and 8 Government coal mine. ' ,If during his visit to New Zealand, the ' Minister ;for Lands (Hon. H. H'Kenzie) nerd shown any easier or better road to- extensive productive land settlement, said the Premier, the Government would not hesitate to follow on the lines of the' Dominion. - ; RAILWAY RECLASSIFICATION. ' Melbourne, January 20. The reclassification of the railway sorvico provides for an increase in 11,000 salaries annually.
