Readers of The Dominion'will have'iudesd from .the matter' which has. already appeared that the N.B.A. rules -governing/. the representation of clubs at tournaments jiavo developed into a; warm-.question-in. Wellington. It . will not therefore ;create, any 'surprise among, p ayers to..learn,that ..a .meeting : is to he held as soon as local bowlers- return from the ' southern - tournament" to discuss the club- representation question at/ N.B.A. tournaments, and 1 to make'a recommendation to the association to adopt -the open-door policy- and allow as "many rinks to .enter as may desire" to do so.' .1 have -received'a communication from a correspondent who i.signs .himsolf "Be Up;" ,'l'ho whole.fenor'of-tlio communication ports the arguments' offered in support of the' non-limitation, of-. rinks,.- but it-: would' serve no good purpose to publish further unsigned letters. •
