Friar, of the District High School Cadets, who has just returned to Auckland after his trip Home last-May.to take part in the international cadet rifle ;shooting competitions, was interviewed by a press representative. 'Friar- said--that he visited several-cadet camps while in England, the/principal being that at Bisley, where 500 boys wero in camp, and that at Felixstowe, -whero'there were 900 under canvas. In com- ' paring the English camps with that 'held at Papaitura' by the -local, cadet corps in February last., he said tho.
