The Turkish Grand Vizior, Kiamil'Pasha, is impressed 'with Austria-Hungary's offer to pay Turkey 2J million, sterling' as compensation for the old State domains in Bosnia and Herzegovina (recently annexed by Austria-Hungary), besides consenting' to. tho increase of tho Turkish Customs (now.. 11 per cent.) to 15 per cent. The domains consist chiefly of fiye , million jjcres of forest , land, also . mines "for salt, brown coal, copper, tin, quicksilver, and sulphur.
