Couch was very excitable, and ho was disappointed, at' the non-success of tho racehorse Morcutio, which he expected to win tho Derby or, somo other big event. Tho draft of of which ho had charge was consigned to Couch's old employer at Perth. ,
VERDICT OF INSANITY. (Reo. 'January 6, 1 a.m.) > (l , ' London, January 5. Couch had lately been drinking. The jurj returned a verdict of insanity.
