M. Miliovinovitch, Soman. Minister far Poreiga Affairs, in a speech in the Servian Parliament, praotically told ' Austria-Hun-gary that she has no rightful status in tho Balkans, and accuses her of making slaves of tho two annexed Servian countries. ;
The Bpoech has provoked general resentment in Austria, and M. Forgaoh ,Austrian Minister at Belgrade, has been instructed to inquire whether tho last-mentioned remark is,correctly reported; and, if so, to demand an ample apology. In tho ©vent of the report being authentio and no apology being made, tho Minister is to quit Belgrade.
