TO-DAY'S DINNER.
[Specially written for The Dominion.] WEDNESDAY. Grilled Steak. Potatoes Vegetable Marrow. Rhubarb; Pudding. ' GRILLED STEAK. One and a half lb steak, 1 tablespoonful of buttei, 1 tcaspoonful of vinegar, peppei and salt. Melt the butter, add the Tinegar, and } teaspoonful of peppei. Lay the law steak on a dish and pour this marinade over cold. Let it he for an hour oi so, turning now and then. Have a bnght, cleai firo, then grill the steak. When cooked, spimlJo both sides with salt, lay a small piece of butter on top, put in the oven for a minute, then dish on a hot dish and serve at once. It the flavour of onions is hked, have the hot dish rubbed ovei with cut onions. .FOR 'TO-MORROW. Cold mutton, lib tomatoes, 1 onion, pastry, 1 teacup of stock, 1 cucumber, eggs, milk.
