One leg of mutton, 2 small cups of breadcrumbs, 1 parboiled onion (chopped finely), 1 tqaspoonful of salt, i-small teaspoonful of popper, a little ohopped parsley, thyme, and sage, 1 teaoupful of suet, a little minced lean baron or ham.
