Patents), have received notice of a special resolution dealing with the amalgamation of the t Wiggins' Dominion Milking -Jlaohine Syndicate with .the company. This proposal is to combine the patents .belonging to,the two companies, and if carried out-the rer suiting oompany will .at once proceed to work ■or sell the rigfits in those countries : whefe -i letters patent have been secured..
