LYNCHING OF A GREEK.
RINGLEADER IN PALACE. (BY TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION —COPYRIGHT.) Constantinople, October 26. The ringleader in the recent lynching of an Ottoman Greek was a sergeant of tho Palace Guards. He has now taken refuge in in the Yildiz Kiosk, the Imperial Palace.
