Add the egg, well beaten, 1 and the milk, and soik-to the dry ingredients. Mix well.' Pour into a well-greased Yorkshire pudding-tin, and bake in a moderate oven about half an hour.'.Serve with white sauce. ■ FOE TO-MORROW. 1 crayfish, schnapper, 2 .eggs, 1- pint stock, 1 pint milk, jam. -
