DAIRY REGULATIONS.
THE FEES. A statement has been published in several newspapers that the fees for registration uiidor the dairy regulations wero not altered in the final amended regulations. This is not correct. Under tho regulations as finally submitted by the Agricultural Committee,, thero was considerable alteration, the owner of a 20-cow dairy having to pay under tho first proposals 10s., and under tho amended regulations only ss. Here are the clauses in detail: —
First Proposal. (a) Not over two cows in milk, Is, (b) Three to ten cows, ss. (c) Over ten cows in milk, 10s.
Final Glauses. (a) Not over threo cows in milk, Is. (b) Four to twenty cows, ss. (c), Over twenty cows in milk, 10s.
