The idea is to hold it in the ' Franco-British Exhibition palaces and grounds at Shepherd's Bush in the summer aud autumn of 1909. , Foreign Consuls and Agents-General for the colonies havo already been invited to co-operate in the plan, the author, of which is Mr. Imre Kiralfy, Commissioner-General of tho> Franco-British Exhibition (which ,it is proposed to olose this month).
