MOTION TO APPROVE AN AWARD. Sitting in Chambers on Saturday, Mr. Justice Chapman heard further argument relative to a motion to approve an award of arbitration in the case of James A. F. Johnson and Ralph Johnson, sawmillers, v.' Robertson Bros., timber merchants, which was originally begun in Nelson. Sir. Gray appeared on.behalf of plaintiffs, and Mr. Petherick represented defendants. Judgment was reserved.
