As regards 0 tho circular 333, howover, I send you cuttings from "The Gisborne Times" and the „ "Otago Daily Times" showing that early in 1907 both those journals,published this notoq rious circular. You will note that in refer- _ once to it tho "Gisborne Times" flatly ac--0 cured tho Minister for Agriculture of det liberately hood-winking the public, and so far as I .know tho Minister has never rcj plied to that charge, no doubt because he „ was very busy just then renailing his "lease- _ hold land" flag, if only half-mast high!
