Castiglione finished se"»ral lengths'in' front of Berengaria, over six furlongs in 1.21. Nautiform and Elysian ended four furlongs together, after accomplishing the distance in an easy manner in'sl 3-osec. Comedian and Grand Slam covered a mile'of the course proper in 1.49, the former being, in front, but the latter was cased up over the last half-furlong. 4 Others were out, but their performances were not noteworthy.
