Tho land throughout is well improved, all, useless .timber being cleared, and suflicient being left for fencing and other necessary purposes. Situated 18 miles from Yass and 27 from Queanbeyan, Joir Station is not very far distant from tho Barren Jack Irrigation Works, nor is it a great distance from the proposed Fedora!
