ARMOURED CRUISERS-THE RESERVE ' FLEET. (BI TELEGRAPH —PRESS ASSOCIATION—COrIIiIGBT.) (Rec. October 1, 0.40 a.m.) London, September 30. The "Daily Mail's" Berlin correspondent states that-the German Government will submit to tho Reichstag, not later than 1910, a Bill ombodying the German Navy League's proposal (cabled yesterday) for six large armoured cruisers, also for the increased effectiveness of the reserve fleet.
