It was originally intended to open the. Exhibition from April Ito October 31, 1912. It was proposed to spend at least a million of Government money, and tho Government was to build an education hall, a scientific hall, and an olectricity hall. The presont stato of trado in Japan and in most pats of the world has ,no doubt contributed to the influences leading to postponement.
