MR KIDSTON ON HOME RULE.
London, August; 24. Mr. Kidston, the Queensland Premier, in acknowledging a Nationalist reception given in his honour in Belfast, said that one thing whioh would ultimately overcome. English resistance to Home Rulo would be the conviction that Home Rule for Ireland was a necessary thing for England.
