Cheese. : CURATE'S (POTATO) PUDDING. , / —lib. of cooked potatoes, 2oz. of butter, 50z."0f loaf sugar, 2 eggs, 2 lemons, .and a little salt.'' > ' Method. —Wlica the potatoes are boiled rub them through a sieve; add the : melted butter to the potatoes..- Rub tho rinds of the lemons on a lump" of sugar, and*add to the potato mixture, also' the two. eggs, beaten up with a pinch of salt, and the inice of the two lemons.
