The city tramway employees, who have protested against the' system' of-espionage in connection with* tlio tramways, again met the Chief Commissioner this afternoon. ' A statement was made at yesterday's meeting that strike ballot papers had been printed, and that the strike machinery was all ready if it was found* necessary ",to ; use it. DECISION TO STRIKE.
