• Miss Prouse, . who accompanied Madame Kubelik and her husband to Christchurch, and remained with thorn during their stay in that city, returned to Wellington yesterday, afterva very delightful visit. Another enjoyable little afternoon lea was given yesterday by Mrs. Joseph Joseph. The tea table jwas. decorated with crimson and purple anemones, and the rooms with narcissi and other spring flowers. Among those present wero Mesdames Heaton Rhodes, O'Connor, Watson, Walter Nathan,' Turnbull, Galloway, Harold Johnston, Biss, Jacob Joseph, Grace, and Moorhouso. Miss Rose and Miss Nathan helped to serve the tea.
