Tho Borough Council on Thursday night decided to obtain plans and estimates for the institution of a water supply - scheme, electric lighting, municipal baths, fire brigadestation, and electric fire alarms. ■ The. water - (says a Press Association message) • will be . pumped from the Hautapu River. The scheme is Said to be on the same principle as that which obtains at Gore/
