FRENCH TROOPS SUSTAIN LOSSES. 07 TEIiEUBAPH—PRESS ASSOCIATION—COP7BIGHI. (Rec. Juno 25, 10.15 p.m.) Paris, June 25. Two detachments of French troops; who were conducting reconnaissances near Elooina, in French West' Africa, were attack'od by Natives. One of tho detachments suffered severe loss, including a captain and sergeant killed. Tho other extricated itself by means of a vigorous charge.'
